Yin Yoga is an excellent practice for helping your body be able to move deeper within a stretch. Blocks are needed in this class and feel free to add a blanket and/or bolster, though they are not required. We will remain in seated and laying positions. Yin Yoga allows a healthy amount of pressure within your joints helping to relieve symptoms of arthritis. We will remain in our asanas for 3-5 minutes allowing gravity to help us stretch.
