Flow + Meditation (60 min)
This balanced practice begins with 30 minutes of energizing flow, designed to gently awaken the body, build strength, and release tension. After moving through mindful sequences, we’ll transition into 30 minutes of guided meditation to settle the mind, deepen awareness, and invite stillness.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking both movement and inner calm—a chance to connect body, breath, and spirit in one practice.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, blocks, bolster, and blanket for comfort.
